“Installation of new boiler and a replacement radiator with thermostat. The BGM team alerted me half an hour before arriving on time. They laid dust sheets covering the whole house and got to work immediately. I knew there were a number of hurdles to cross when installing the boiler but the team overcame all of them having worked out a methodical plan. The replacement brick work for the new flue was immaculate! At the end of the day the team vaccumed and tidied up thoroughly. The team were friendly, polite and respectful from beginning to end, and are a credit to BGM. Thank you guys for a terrific job done!”

Quick response
“Last week, a resident in our block of 15 flats reported smelling gas. An engineer from SGN arrived, and checked the whole building. His assessment was that there was a leak in the gas pipe running from our outside meter and our boiler. He cut of the gas at the meter point. I called BGM Heating and Plumbing Ltd, who I have a service and boiler repair contract with. They sent out an engineer very quickly, who checked the pipeline in stages, in order to isolate the leak. Eventually, he was able to tell us that the leak was in a part of the pipe running beneath our floorboards in our living room. He said they would not take the floorboards up but would run a new pipe through our living room through to the boiler in the kitchen, should I want them to do the work. I said I did want them to do so. They promptly sent me an estimate, which I accepted, and arrangements were made to carry out the work last Tuesday. Two engineers arrived at the arranged time. In total, the job took around 5 hours. Both engineers were professional and hardworking, and friendly all through. They laid coverings everywhere they had to go within the flat, and hoovered up when the work was completed. The new pipe is not intrusive, and anyone who did not know it was there are very unlikely to notice it. All the work was very efficiently carried out. I would recommend them, without hesitation, to anyone. My grateful thanks to them.”
